3. After you’ve programmed access, your Google Nest Doorbell camera with familiar face detection identifies your neighbor as they come near the door.
4. Your ADT home security will pause the alarm and deactivate the lock when the approachee is verified as an approved visitor.
5. You are sent instant alerts as your family member, friend, or neighbor comes and goes. The app also provides a detailed log. 
6. When the trusted neighbor departs, your smart door lock secures independently to shield your home.

You may grant access for anyone you want, such as a housesitter, a service technician, or a friend who comes over when you’re out. This tool is also helpful during urgent situations, especially when you’re off site.
